I feel like the mattress here is quite soft, sleeping is very comfortable, the room has a very pleasant lemongrass smell, the bathroom is also very clean with no bad smell!!
Location is close to restaurants, cafe, convenience stores and pharmacy. The room is very clean and beautiful. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was alright, with a convenience store nearby. The receptionist (Nia) and doorman (sorry didn’t get his name) were always polite and ready to help ☺️ the included breakfast was pretty good too!
We arrived a day early due to Halong cruise being cancelled and they were fully booked, yet they offered to keep our luggage and offer us shower facilities to freshen up even tho we were not staying there that day. they carried all our luggage to our actual hotel, which they did not need to at all. service at all times were brilliant and could not fault.
Breakfast was lovely and that we could order even tho it was a buffet breakfast just made it feel extra special.

The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter and surrounded by many eateries. There is also a nearby convenience store. We booked 4 rooms, all in good condition and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying in the Hanoi Chic Hotel and strongly recommend those who will be travelling to Hanoi. Do check out this boutique hotel. Reasonable room price and comes with breakfast. Worth the money.
Spacious, light Apartment with functional aircon and big bathroom. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice security guard who opens the gate for you after 10 pm. Convenience store directly opposite.
Amazing value for money. We had low expectations and we had our expectations exceeded. We were impressed that lake was less than 10min walk, good food options around us. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.
We arrived early and couldn't do early check in as they were fully booked however we could use guest lounge which had shower facilities.
