The room was very clean and tidy. If there was anything I needed help with, the receptionists were enthusiastic to help and answer my questions!!
The stay was very pleasant. The staff at reception were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We would be happy to come back anytime and can only recommend the hotel!
We only stayed for one night so admittedly can't comment too much on all facilities. The room was comfy though a bit smaller than expected compared to the photos. Very clean though which is all that really mattered. The room service was great and the gym being set at 17 degrees was a godsend considering the heatwave outside. Because of the weather, we haven't been able to do too much physical activity so we're very happy with that air-conditioned room for some much needed exercise!
The location was great close to many places. The room and everything was very clean and the staff super nice and helpful. They let us leave the luggage for one day that we were at the baking bay so we didn’t have to take all our luggage with us. The last day we could take a shower at the spa before leaving because our flight was at night.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was alright, with a convenience store nearby. The receptionist (Nia) and doorman (sorry didn’t get his name) were always polite and ready to help ☺️ the included breakfast was pretty good too!
The hotel is strategically located in the old quarter and surrounded by many eateries. There is also a nearby convenience store. We booked 4 rooms, all in good condition and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying in the Hanoi Chic Hotel and strongly recommend those who will be travelling to Hanoi. Do check out this boutique hotel. Reasonable room price and comes with breakfast. Worth the money.
staff are exceptionally friendly good variety of breakfast 2 min walk to the beach laundry and convenience store out the front it’s a quiet hotel
