Hotel was very clean and in a convenient location (about 5 mins from Odori station and 2 minutes from a convenience store). The breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very accommodating.
Very clean and new, friendly and professional staff always there trying to help to cater your needs. Very spacious for the price we paid, breakfast were good too. We stayed three nights in total, we were very satisfied with their service and environment. There are lot's of restaurants and convenience stores nearby the hotel too, all within walking distance. Location is good - walkable from the station with bags and close to lots of good restaurants too. Convenience store just over the road.
Each floor had showers and toilets, which were always very clean. Fully stocked showers with decent heat and water pressure. Beds were reasonably comfy and the curtain on each bunk is great. Ladders easy to get up / down.
