Amazing Experience! We were greeted by a very friendly staff and were surprised to find a breathtaking Ice Cave on the grounds (no admission fee). It was constructed with much care by the staff who were also actively building a sauna to make it a complete Disney “Frozen” experience. It was truly an experience of a lifetime to sit inside our cozy camper listening to the sounds of nature in this winter wonderland. I also have to add that the accommodating staff offered to not only pick us up, but also to help us with a problem with our rental car company and drove 1 hour round trip to ensure we were able to pick up our rental car. Truly above and beyond service and facilities.
Yoichi

The accommodation was really ‘Glamping’ standard. Super comfortable beds and superb facilities within the tent. A barbecue was provided and it was really such an experience being able to have really good alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks included in the package. Of course toilets and showers were outside. But they were super clean and facilities were great! Sufficiently was provided for the barbecue. Breakfast was also nice - simple salad, corn soup, and bread which you can toast.

Easy access to attractions, restaurants, and convenience stores. The room is compact but well set out and very clean. A good hotel choice for 1 or 2 nights.
The room was very clean and staff was friendly. Location was close to convenience stores and the metro station, it was also walking distance to major sightseeing places such as Odori Park.
The location was very convenient for the Snow Festival. There are many restaurants and convenience stores close by. The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have a kitchen. I would stay here again.
The private onsen was fantastic! For 2000 yen, we get a whole onsen all to ourselves (4 pax) and there is even an outdoor onsen pool. Shower facilities and amenities are great. Breakfast was good - they offer Japanese and western. The hotel is clean and really close to Hirafu grand ski area. There is a drug store which is less than 50m from the hotel and sells basically everything. 2 more convenience store down the road (5-8 mins walk). They also offer free pick up and drop off to Kutchan Station. Staff are super friendly and helpful
Very clean, cozy accommodation, the convenience store is very close, and the popular touristic street in Otaru is also nearby. Ventilation/Air-Conditioning was comfortable during the summer. The kitchen is very convenient to use as well. Otaru is a beautiful city with its attractions and canal, and Little Barrel is a reflection of the city's beauty but
Hotel was very clean and in a convenient location (about 5 mins from Odori station and 2 minutes from a convenience store). The breakfast was great as well, and the staff were very accommodating.

A poshtel! Nice communal space with lots of different areas to relax, and good wifi. Location is good - walkable from the station with bags and close to lots of good restaurants too. Convenience store just over the road. Each floor had showers and toilets, which were always very clean. Fully stocked showers with decent heat and water pressure. Beds were reasonably comfy and the curtain on each bunk is great. Ladders easy to get up / down.
Well room is small but very clean which is very important to me. View of the room is fantastic. Hotel is very near shopping and convenience stores hence is a bonus, Train station and hakodate market is very near.
