This is family operated homestay. Facility is kind of historic building and is partially remodeled for renting.
Agus, the owner 's son is very friendly, help us for few tours.
The only thing is the entrance stairs, about 30 steps, which is harder if you have a suitcase. But the staff can help.
Location is closed to many attractions.

Good location: close to sea, beach clubs and good restaurants, but in a quiet street.
Room was nice and clean with very good working airco and WIFI. Kitchen looked good although we didn't use it.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or RV park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-pitched tent, RV, or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms, and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Such a nice and quiet homestay just off busy Hanoman street in Ubud. The room was just enough to provide a comfortable stay and everything was very clean. The staff were super kind and even prepared breakfast for me a little earlier than usual so I could check out early. Breakfast was very simple and still tasty, and loved enjoying it in the terrace with lovely views to a rice field. Super good location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops plus sites of interest. Would stay there again.

The villa is very beautifully designed and furnished. Bed is comfortable. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is even washing machine provided. Very clean.
Lovely villa, open spacious and well equipped. Very clean and owner easy to contact, villa was cleaned every 3 days. The walk to the beach area is about 15 minutes but bikes are provided which help which make it easier and fun.

This property is perfect and we’ll be recommending it to family and friends. Beautifully maintained property, manicured gardens, good wifi, comfortable bed and very clean. They’ve put a lot of thought into it so you have everything you need for your stay. The hosts are a beautiful friendly family who are really helpful, we hired a scooter from them for the day. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Good location near a Circle K, Warung Orbitz and Naughty Nuri’s (barbecue)
The kitchen supplies and appliances are exceptional. You can cook anything in here.
The room, bathroom and pool also very clean.
