We had a lovely stay in the small but cozy bungalow. It had everything you need and was very modern. It also had free Instant Ramen. The view was amazing and the location is beautiful and calm. There aren't many tourists at the lake, which is a nice change compared to the rest of Bali. On the other hand it's a little hard to get to the Hotspots, but you can rent a scooter at the Warung Makan, which the host recommended and is a great food spot also!
The owner of Ginastro Hom is also very kind and helpful, he made a bonfire for us both nights we were there, which was a nice experience.

It's in the middle of nowhere but the views are amazing. I didn't had a scooter which complicated a little bit because no drivers in the area. If you stay here go eat at Desa Baturiti restaurant 5 min walking.

The area itself is absolutely beautiful. You are welcomed with a stunning view once you enter the camping site, then it’s a short walk down into the valley which is right to the river. There are small waterfalls, so many trees, the wide open view to the valley. Just for that it was worth it, and I 100% recommend the Sidemen area to explore and see authentic balinese villages. The pool of the camping site is veery beautiful too, you can even sit on pool chairs in it and we spent much time there. For everyone with a fear of bugs etc. I can reassure you you’re not going to see anything except the usual geckos and bats.

The staff was very nice, they were super hospitable and kind.
Breakfast was the best of the whole trip. So yummy.
Loved the scooter they let us borrow. Not as crazy to drive one around this area. Only used it once but it was fun to try it out.
Enjoy the great outdoors at a campground or rv park. Sleep under the stars in a cabin or bungalow, pre-mounted tent, RV or caravan. Communal kitchens, bathrooms and recreational facilities are available, and most campsites will have a reception desk.
Family-run business, very clean and comfortable, wonderful green areas that you can make a walk or eat breakfast which is very very delicious and you can choose from few options. Relaxing stay on the pool, and also outside gym!
Owner is very friendly and helpful, we had good interaction with him and his amazing family.
Location of the place is very peaceful and you can easily reach wonderfull attractions around.

The staff were really accommodating and friendly. The facilities were basic but very clean. It was also very close to Batur and the tours the property provide are very good.
I stayed in room A02 and it was very clean, roomy and modern with lovely local Bangli and Balinese touches. The bed was super comfy and the dinner and breakfast was very flavoursome and delicious. Wayan and his family are amazing hosts and I highly recommend Asli Villas! The huge garden is also divine.

The little details counted. Excellent and very clean towels that smells great. Very nice soap. Bathroom is very good and clean. Bed sheets are very clean too. The most important is the food. It was delicious and very generous. We had lunch dinner and breakfast. Not to mention the staff were sublime and very helpful.
Everything. The bungalows are amazing. Brand new and very clean. Mowgli and Mario are amazing. It's very isolated, and it's a home stay + village. You would think that's a bad thing, but everything you need is on the property. The staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating. Best I had in Bali. Wifi is consistent.
When you are in the area - you'll find this gem of a place a breathe of fresh air. Very clean and very well maintained. Comfortable and the little hot spring in the garden is a delight. I definitely recommend staying here.
The room and the bathroom are big and very clean, with beautiful view on the sea. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast in front of the beach. No noise from the road as all rooms are on the other side.
