When researching for a camp, i found myself flooded with options and read millions of reviews. They all seemed very similar and offered the same activities. However, this camp’s perfect reviews, especially the ones about how awesome of a person Rashid is, definitely called my attention. And after staying at this camp, i can 100% agree. Rashid made our experience a thousand times better. He made us feel welcomed from the start, made us laugh like few people do, and didn’t hesitate to answer any question we had about his country and culture. He shared the meals with us, took us to all the activities and made us enjoy them even more. He even went out of his way to show us and make us interact with camels and their babies that were out in the dessert, an experience we will never forget! The tent was huge, with a really comfortable bed and a private bathroom (which not many camps have for what i’ve researched). The food was really really good and just kept coming, even when we were full 😅 There was free water, tea, coffee and fruit available at all times for us. All in all, a great stay, amazing experience and the nicest host. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Oman!

It is a really autentic way to spend a night in the desert. The hosts were really nice, they even made camp fire. The vibe was awesome.

He is here to please you, without forcing you for anything.. He will do everything to make your stay enjoyable and will give you very good pieces of advice. I slept outside, on a mastress, under the stars, alone in the camp, in September 2022. That was one of the best experiences of my life! The sunrise on top of the highest dune, next to SandGlass Camp, was beautiful. Amazing! I recommend to live this, once in your life, at an affordable price in SandGlass Camp. Sultan Private Desert Camp terletak di Bidiyah. Penginapan ini menawarkan akses kepada teres dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Tuala dan linen katil tersedia di perkhemahan mewah ini. This one night was the pinnacle of our 6 week trip. I would encourage everyone to spend a night at the Sultan Private Desert Camp. Our hosts were amazing and the camp itself was beyond spectacular. Sunrise Desert Local Private Camp terletak di Bidiyah dan menawarkan teres. Perkhemahan mewah ini mempunyai taman dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Our stay at Sunrise Desert Camp was one of the best experiences of our visit to Oman. The camp is situated far away from the village (ca. 10km) and from other camps (there are many!) to get a real lonely desert feel. There are only 5 tents in the camp, placed right on top of high sand-dunes. The night sky is amazing. The food is excellent. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The tents are spacious and comfortable. If You arrive in Bidiyah by sedan vehicle, an extra fee of 15 OMR has to be paid for transport from the village to the camp. Check-out is 9h30. We highly recommend this camp!

Oman desert private camp is situated 10 km in the desert at the top of one of the highest dunes at the area. Its a luxury tent and consist of 2 floors . Extremely well run camp - authentic tents, "dune bashing" and camel riding experiences. Ali, Amir and co are enjoyable hosts. Located near the top of the dune with great views of the vast desert. Good food.

Located in Fulayj al Mashā’ikh, Legend Desert camp offers accommodation with a terrace. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bath and free toiletries. Amazing dessert experience, great staff, authentic feeling!
