Excellent location, very comfortable bed, very clean, excellent hot shower and a warm room The hostess, Sue was lovely, left many pamphlets on a variety of activities we could do, which we used. Also made an excellent recommendation on where to eat.

House is very spacious, tidy and such a beautiful home. Views of sunset were very beautiful and the morning sun in the lounge was soo warm and cosy!
Nice and clean and comfortable. Id stay here again. a surprise was the complementary laundry facilities and laundry liquid was provided. Even though I didnt get sea views from inside the room, there was still plenty opportunities to view them from outside on the balcony of the room. sunsets were amazing.
We had the most amazing and relaxing time at the property - beds are comfortable, and a plus to have 2 separate bathrooms which was very convenient. We were lucky enough the sun was out the whole 3 days we were there (our friends from Ohauiti said it was just raining in Tauranga days before we came) and those beautiful sunset views from the deck were a treat! We will definitely be back. Thank you Levi and Jordan for always being prompt in answering our queries.
Great location by the lake, Eat Street, and pretty central but top it off, great sunrises and sunsets 💯
The view and desert
The facilities were quality, especially the hot tub on the verandah, the staff provided useful information about local food and drink locations and the location was especially convenient.
Lots of space for my family, we were out most of the day for my sons league tournament & came back to lovely hot showers and an awesome kitchen equipped with everything we needed. We could quickly heat the house up get nice & comfortable with a movie on netflix to end the night. Loved the morning views out to the lake, highly recommend this accomodation its close to everything 😊
