Omaruru
Units come complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and free toiletries, while some units at the luxury tent also boast a seating area. At the luxury tent, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Absolutely stunning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Off a gravel road on a fairly deserted plain (hoping GPS be reliable), is a 1.3km entrance road arousing skeptic pessimism but which only enhances the joyful surprise of the little complexes isolated beauty. Cottage very attractive and comfortable. The place is a 10.
Japie’s Yard is ideally located: the beach is just down the road, the town centre with supermarkets, shops and cafés is just around the corner. It’s a quiet and safe oasis, especially for me as a single female traveller. The hosts are extremely friendly and really try to make your stay as agreeable as possible. My room was comfortable and clean, had its own half of a large balcony/veranda and offered tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was hot and strong, the bed comfortable and cozy. The price was very affordable.
The lodge boasts a wonderful location on the outskirts of Swakopmund, yet it's very close to restaurants. The views over the dunes and desert are magnificent. The staff are friendly, and the accommodations are luxurious and stylish. Everything is very clean, and the garden is beautiful. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this lodge.

Hotel A La Mer is a case of what you pay for is what you get - at less than 50 Euros a night, it’s a quiet, comfortable B&B style room with a hot shower, nice bed & basic amenities. The breakfast isn’t anything to write home about but it does the job & they did have a fan on request which ensured that Namibia’s insect population was kept away from my room.
Oh, the View - the View all day and especially at Sunset is just magnificent. Nothing like having a cup of coffee or beer in hand and watching the sun setting over the sea. The property location was within walking distance of shops and many of the restaurants. I loved the morning walks up and down the dunes and along the beach in front of Desert Rose
This house is something else. Definitely top class. We had everything we needed. In the morning sunrise on left and ocean on right, in the evening desert on right and sunset on left! Cleanliness, hospitality, surroundings were amazing. Highly recomend!
