We stayed one night only, 2 could have been better for the safari and enjoy more the hotel. It was during our honeymoon and they made sure everything was pretty special. Special attention from food and beverage manager who seemed to be running the whole place, making sure everything worked out

Our family recently visited Makini Bush Camp and we had an amazing time. The staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay truly special. We were thrilled to witness incredible wildlife sightings, including graceful elephants, playful monkeys, and colorful birds. And the highlight of our trip was a breathtaking leopard sighting that left us in awe. The service provided was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to engage our children. The cozy tented chalet allowed us to connect with nature while enjoying the comforts of a clean and well-maintained accommodation. We recommend Makini for families seeking a remarkable safari adventure with top-notch service and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

The camp itself was very peaceful and the tented accommodation luxurious. The food was excellent and they catered for my vegan wife brilliantly. The safari drives were very well done and we saw two leopards and a host of other wildlife. A very successful and pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

It is very basic but comfortable. Dont go here if you want a 5 star hotel. If you want to experience nature in a comfortable tree hut, this is for you. Great BBQ dinner was provided. Caters for vegetarian also. Did a wildlife experience from here with the owner. He goes out of his way on this tour. Avoids the hundreds of other vehicles to give you an awesome experience. A must do.
