The "tents" are more like bungalows with terrace and private bathroom. There are many animals in the immediate vicinity: for example antelopes, ostriches, a giraf, wildebeest and many species of colourful birds. All accommodations are situated in a park-like setting, offering a wild nature, yet safe and comfortable experience. The pool is nice and clean. The restaurant serves tasty food. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners have an environmentally friendly vision and provide guests with valuable information about nature and history of the region. Amboseli National Park is within reach of a daytrip from the lodge. Highly recommended!

Staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Food was basic but good. Loved the bonfire at night, comfy beds, felt very safe and well cared for. We were a group of 11 people, ranging in age from 13 to 60 and we all enjoyed a night of "true safari style" lodging. We'd totally book again.

I came to this hotel to enjoy the nature of Kenya and the beautiful view of Mount Kilimanjaro. I chose a hotel for an affordable price for me and a frontal view of Kilimanjaro. My journey started at the airport, I wrote to the hotel and asked to organize a transfer for me. I was greeted in the car by a friendly local guy… of who runs this hotel. This was very important as this is my first time in Kenya and I didn't want to be stressed out and get scammed. So it was a good option. On the way, my driver told me a lot of interesting things about local life. The hotel is new, small, cozy, a room with a large bed and a comfortable mattress, a TV, with french Russian and English programs ,a toilet and a shower. The price is one of the cheapest I found on booking.com. The price included breakfast, which had everything you need. There is also a chef in the hotel and I fully ate at the hotel while I was there. It is very convenient . The hotel has its own territory, which is fenced, a small area for a fire, evening parties. And most importantly - a direct view of the treasure of Kenya, Mount Kilimanjaro. The hotel offers to organize a safari and this is a good offer for the price. I took advantage of it. If you want to get to know Kenya, here you will feel the authentic atmosphere of this country. I really liked it .

Great location, just next to one of the gates in Amboseli park. A lot of wild life even in the camp. Cabin was really comfy. There was warm water. Great view at Kilimanjaro. Friendly and helpful staff.

After 2 weeks in Africa, this was our one and only experience where we truly felt in the African Savanah!! The location is stunning, with the views of Kilimanjaro and the Savannah spreading in front of you!! It is also a small camp, meaning it does feel like a true safari experience and not a hotel vibe as it all other lodges we stayed at!! And the best, all that with the comfort of a cozy bed and warm showers!!! And for a very reasonable price point!! We highly recommend the Little Amanya Camp!!
