Very accommodative, kind, super polite and always make sure we are well taken care of throughout our 4 nights stay at the glamping tent. They picked us up from the airport, drove us around since we did not rent a car. The breakfast tray was luxurious and abundant with fruits, salad, protein, bread, scones. The jam for the bread and scones was so delicious and it’s homemade! We truly enjoyed our stay there and it is extremely recommended to stay at this tent. A complete tent with shower and fully equipped kitchen. Sauna and BBQ areas which are just outside of the tent. Worth the money and no regrets. We love to stay again!

The hotel is located in the "busy district" Susukino (where all the bars, clubs, parties are), very close to Susukino Metro station and right at a tram station. The breakfast was _amazing_, lots of variations (Sashimi, grilled fish and meat), Japanese seaweed, European deserts etc. etc. Worth the price! Rooms are very spatious for Japanese standards
We were given a free upgrade to a room with a view of the small lake and the volcano, as well as the forest, and it was so lovely I didn't want to leave. Beautiful and spacious room and excellent value at the price we paid. Tranquil location, great and helpful staff, and good location for touring by car. Nearby Onuma Quasi-National Park is lovely, especially at sunset. Wifi worked well, everything was good, and the hotel has pretty grounds with woodland walks.
Beautiful hotel, great onsen but no private shower in room. Dinner was great, although a little confusing for an inexperienced non-japanese person, but the staff were really helpful. Lovely shared area where you can watch wildlife. Walks in the woods near the hotel were really nice
Okay, the onsen is OK. Breakfast is nice! Room is acceptable. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese breakfast, but our twin room was small. Sure there's a view, but it's not a million dollar view. The tatami rooms are much larger FWIW. The seashore is just outside, nice for a little walk and lovely sunset or for the kids to make sandcastles. That's it.
Cute and comfortable tents that’s super cosy and well equipped. Grass area that’s great for kids to run around and explore.
- Staff are nice. - Shuttle to/fro JR/hotel. But if I knew the in suite bath is not natural hot spring (plus the east room view is not great), I wouldn't have booked this hotel. - Sunset view at observatory near hotel was nice. Maybe if I get the west room, perhaps the view overlooking the cliff/sea will be nicer. East room faces car park, an abandoned amusement park and then a bit of sea in the far.
Absolutely stunning view of the sunset and ocean from the room, including a balcony to enjoy a 180 degree bay view, including Wakkanai.
Amazing place to stay right besides Shiretoko national park. Exceptional hospitality, delicious food that was different every day (we stayed 2 nights), and wonderful onsen facilities. Would love to come back and stay again. Also gorgeous sunset views from the windows!
The hotel is super cosy and staff very friendly. It’s a family run hotel and the food served were so delicious. Facilities spotlessly clean and nice. Enjoyed the fabulous sunset view from my window and we even spotted 2 deers at the outdoor onsen (reservation needed).
