The breakfast provided was so fresh and delicious. The bread, eggs, tomatoes, orange juice and pressed coffee made for a luxurious morning! The hut was incredibly well built, the shower water was hot and plentiful, every detail was thought of in the kitchen for amenities. The king sized bed was super comfortable with plenty of pillows and cozy bedding. The chickens and ducks outside the hut made for a very pleasant atmosphere. The seating outside with farm views and magical fairy garden made the stay so wonderful. The host was gracious. She met us to introduce to the details of usage and then checked in with us briefly to make sure all was well. Her contact felt like "just the right amount".
Carna

Yoga classes and fitness classes are organised at the fitness room on site. For guests with children, the luxury tent features outdoor play equipment. Guests at Podumna Glamping Village can enjoy darts on-site, or go cycling or fishing in the surroundings. This was a wonderful stop along our trip. Location was great walking trails the castle we even got a craft fair and a festival. The owners Dick and Liz couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and their nephew Jack was always checking that we are okay and if we needed anything. I especially want to thank Jack for the hot water bottle What a great touch Hope to see you again in the future. Slainte' ☘️

Mini breakfast included. On the second day I had time to try soda bread and homemade granola. There were also jams, butter, apples, bananas, tangerines. The bread is very tasty by the way. There is a veranda, if you can call it that.

Wonderful host who was very quick to respond to any questions/issues. Well appointed with everything we needed (kitchen, washer, drying rack, etc) for longer stays. Private access and parking at the front door. Just 2 mins drive to the CBD. I would highly recommend the property and the host. Private garden and lovely views of the countryside and sunsets over the nearby lake. We used the property as a base for day trips to Galway, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary, etc.

What a fabulous location! The view from the pod is exceptional and the site is just above a beautiful deserted beach. The pod itself is spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The microwave omelette maker really does work!
Our welcome by the receptionist was lovely and enabled us to leave our luggage till checkin and then got the early call to check in which was great. Really clean, bed comfy and lovely hot shower. As we had only one night we had the disabled suite room on the ground floor which was fine. Great location, easy check in, and only a short walk to the Galway Coach station which was perfect
excellent location with a superb view to the Irish typical landscape and the see. very remote and quiet . we could do a barbecue at the sunset, walk to the beach . very friendly host and the Maxi pod is a great size for a little nest in the countryside !!!
Wow! And I don't use that term lightly.... The room we stayed in was massive, much bigger than expected with a huge king-size comfy bed, breakfast table and fridge stocked with various complimentary foods. Bathroom perfect, very clean, again stocked with an array of toiletries, deodorants, ect with a bath and piping hot shower. We had a fantastic stay and would certainly come here again. Thank you Mary and your husband for such a warm welcome and great experience.
