Toilet block modern and absolutely spotles I booked this for my Daughter and will now be booking this for myself ..!

Housed in a building dating from 2017, this luxury tent is 9.3 km from The Mayflower Theatre and 11 km from Ageas Bowl. The property provides a children's playground, private parking and an electric vehicle charging station. Excellent place to stay. John and jim were very welcoming along with dude the dog who would come over and say hello. The beds were really comfortable and kept warm throughout the night with the heater. The toilets and showers were very clean. Loved the kitchen which was well stocked and had everything you need. We took our own coal and wood and enjoyed a bbq and a fire in the evenings. Great location. Lots of walks around the country park and things to see. Very quiet at night as well. Would highly recommend.

Stunning views, sunsets and wildlife. Swallows flying around at the back of the property. A deer wandered towards the house in the sheep fields at the front. Could sea the sea on the horizon. Very reasonably priced. Easy parking and secure gates.
It felt lovely and private in the cabin with views across the open fields. The bed was really comfy and the hot tub was fantastic to sit in and watch the sunset. Lots of birds and wildlife to see!
An absolutely beautiful annexe with an amazing conservatory for watching the wildlife and sunsets, also lovely for breakfast and morning coffee. So relaxing, very sad to have to move on! Lovely quiet village and felt very safe.
The idea of Safari Tents next to the wave with easy access is a good one.
Peace and quiet next to the sand dunes and fantastic deserted sandy beach. Come here to get away from it all, just nature, wildlife, and no noisy entertainment. Very clean, powerful hot shower. Well equipped kitchen. Outdoor picnic table and washing line. There is plenty of space between homes. Owner Richard is a great, friendly person.
A unique hotel stay, it was brilliant to go to our room after spending the afternoon at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Excellent tea, coffee ect facilities in our room on the second floor. There was also a room by the lifts with a microwave for the hotel guests to use. Room was a good size and we were happy with the view of the park from our room. We saw a beautiful sunset. An excellent shower with high quality toiletries. We would stay again.
The breakfasts were very good indeed, as were the chocolate brownies!! (The best we have ever had)!! Emma and James have worked so hard to create a wonderful enclave of cabins and safari tents in a beautiful area of Cornwall. The cabins are well equipped and comfortable. There is no washing machine available though, should you be staying for a long period of time, but there is a dishwasher. We had a wonderful time.
Lovely clean caravan that we could take our dog to plus a small gated veranda. Lovely owners who made sure we were happy with everything. Very close to the beach and a nice strole into Mablethorpe. Plenty of Dvds should you wish to use them. Lovely hot shower and comfortable beds.
Beautiful decor, clean and well equipped. Nice bathroom with bath and shower. Welll ventilated with lots if windows and doors. Gorgeous veranda and garden furniture with a hammock! With a view of the duck pond eating outside was very enjoyable.
