The location was so peaceful,stunning views, surrounded by nature at its best,saw an abundance of wildlife, fascinating to see.The cabin was a great space,very comfortable bed.Kitchen area was well equipped.Toilets and showers very clean.Met Brian the host,an all round lovely guy. Good base for visiting nearby Castlewellan and Newcastle.

We had a great welcome despite a late check in. The room was lovely. We sat on the balcony when we arrived watching the sea. Perfect. Lovely hot shower in a beautifully clean bathroom. Lovely decorated room We were able to pick our breakfast time and the breakfast was delicious, hot and beautifully presented. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to Newcastle.

The appartment is in a great location just off the village green. Nice and quiet. Hosts are lovely. The appartment has everything you need, spacious living room, comfy breakfast bar, cosy bedroom, nice hot shower with toiletries. Kitchen is well equipped - kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine. Great selection of breakfast items - cereals, breads, jam abd marmalade, fruit, yoghurt, juice, milk, plus tea, coffee and sugar. Home from home.

Love the hotel is was a real wow on walking in the door. All the staff were friendly and efficient. Food was amazing and the view of the sunset and sunrise was gorgeous will be visiting again.

This is a real find. Spotless cosy chalet. Lots of personal little touches like the bottled water & chocolate bars left for us to enjoy along with fresh milk in the fridge & coffee sachets too. We were delighted. Location is literally at the foot of Slieve Binnian with a 15 min drive to the start of Slieve Donard. Everything you need is there, hot shower, fresh towels & comfy bed. Highly recommend. Brilliant communication with the host Shirley.

Views were gorgeous! Super comfy bed, great powerful hot shower, lovely spacious living area with fab wood burning stove (although we didn’t use it) Great kitchen and has all the amenities you need. Only a short drive to Newcastle town centre. Great hosts and always contactable

Great host, very accommodating. Great location, right on coast, sea view. Perfect breakfast, all bases covered, great choice, taste and quantity. Lovely upstairs veranda to sit out and watch the world go by, and tide come in.
