The owner was really helpful and we could have good chats with him. It made our stay worthwhile. Also the view & the food provided there was good.
For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
Staff were great - incredibly helpful and welcoming. Offered advice with trekking, taxis, restaurants etc…. We arrived off the night train and were able to have hot showers before check-in. Would stay again.
Fantastic location. Beautiful large rooms with mountain view (room 504 and 401)
The rooftop bar has stunning views and great place to watch the sunset.
This homestay is the perfect place where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the SaPa mountains. Our room had an outstanding view even making it more worth of staying in the balcony and relax than going to the city centre.
Also the room included a mosquito net which saved us!
Zolly was a wonderful host, always ready to answer our questions and help us in everything! The food in the homestay is definitely a must!
We like the location very much, very accessible. Rooms were huge and veranda is okay. Breakfast Buffet was good and value for money indeed. Staff especially, Mr. Le Van Dung is very accommodating of our requests.
We had such a lovely stay here at Sapaxa Eco Lodge - the staff were so helpful and welcoming! Sorted us with a night time pick up from the bus station, laundry and renting a motorbike. The room was clean and spacious. A hot shower and the best bed I have ever slept on. Soooo comfy! The projector was a nice touch as it was raining so we spent an evening watching a movie! 20 min scooter ride from the main town which is fine by scooter or the hosts can organise taxis for you
Clean room with very good beds. Restaurant is nice. Pool is really nice too, with lots of wildlife around. Friendly staff, they always support any time we need. Besides that the trekking tour they usually organize daily with the cheap price with interesting services.
Amazing accomodating hosts. Hot showers! Clean bathrooms. Amazing view (when not foggy), nice breakfast (eggs one day, pancakes the next with coffee or tea), tents were cool, comfortable and had electric blankets making it a cosy stay. The bungalows also look very nice. They serve food for lunch/dinner if needed and are a short walk to some other restaurants and cafes. Also did our laundry and helped arrange taxis to/from Sapa for 250k.
We loved our stay at Mama Gia’s home stay! It was our favourite part of our trip to Vietnam. The bamboo huts were super cute and fitted with mosquito nets. The view was absolutely stunning. Mama Gia was super lovely and funny and knowledgeable, she took us on the best 6 hour hike around the local valley, rice paddies, bamboo forest and even a swim in a waterhole near the jungle. Plenty of wildlife and a true experience of off the beaten track. Organisation with food in the neighbouring restaurant was easy and delicious.
