The space was just so amazing, the views were the best; you really can’t get better views at the other tourist spots where you gotta pay too. They also have a spot to chill with the views & a nice restaurant/bar!
Facilities were clean as well, the toilets were unexpectedly very clean with only a few small harmless bugs sometimes.

We were travelling during Winter time and were worried about the temperature at night, however the tents had heating. And the breakfast was lovely - they made fresh Pho & sandwiches for us 😊

Staff were great - incredibly helpful and welcoming. Offered advice with trekking, taxis, restaurants etc…. We arrived off the night train and were able to have hot showers before check-in. Would stay again.
Great value, clean rooms. Nice hot shower! Staff lovely and very helpful. They organised my bus and stored my bag safely at the hostel.
This homestay is the perfect place where you can enjoy the beautiful views of the SaPa mountains. Our room had an outstanding view even making it more worth of staying in the balcony and relax than going to the city centre. Also the room included a mosquito net which saved us! Zolly was a wonderful host, always ready to answer our questions and help us in everything! The food in the homestay is definitely a must!
We had such a lovely stay here at Sapaxa Eco Lodge - the staff were so helpful and welcoming! Sorted us with a night time pick up from the bus station, laundry and renting a motorbike. The room was clean and spacious. A hot shower and the best bed I have ever slept on. Soooo comfy! The projector was a nice touch as it was raining so we spent an evening watching a movie! 20 min scooter ride from the main town which is fine by scooter or the hosts can organise taxis for you
The family was very joyful and they also have two little girls who are willing to play with you. I also was provided a mosquito net. It was a real experience of a countryside feeling. And from there you can also take some treks to explore the surroundings and the Lao Chai village.
Rooms were basic but comfortable. Shared bathroom, was reasonably clean and had hot water. Mosquito nets available in the room. Out of the major town, but this was what I wanted and you are able to book tours and bus tickets easily through them.
Our room was clean and looks exactly like the photo. The mosquito net was quite useful as the room was next to some empty rice fields. We had two dinners at the homestay as they served good home-cooked food. The staff was very friendly and they accomondated our request to have breakfast on the balcony in front of our room. We rented a scooter from the hotel and asked the hotel owner to help book a taxi to go to Sapa center for our bus to Hanoi. Everything was very smooth and pleasant during our stay here.
Only stayed at hotel for 1 night after the trekking and we enjoyed it so much.Hot shower and clean roo.Everything is cozy and comfortable.Service and care from the front desk staff is EXCEPTIONAL,in addition to the good level of english they have. They are quick to respond to any concerns and queries guests have. I highly recommend this hotel as one of the budget-friendly options on the island.
Amazing accomodating hosts. Hot showers! Clean bathrooms. Amazing view (when not foggy), nice breakfast (eggs one day, pancakes the next with coffee or tea), tents were cool, comfortable and had electric blankets making it a cosy stay. The bungalows also look very nice. They serve food for lunch/dinner if needed and are a short walk to some other restaurants and cafes. Also did our laundry and helped arrange taxis to/from Sapa for 250k.
