Pleasant, clean, and quiet. Friendly staff and the hotel is close to both the ferry and bus terminals, and to the old town. The room wasn't large but fine for one person The bathroom was nice with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was a simple continental fare. I would stay at this hotel again. Most people come to Colonia on a day trip from Buenos Aires, but it is worth staying the night as it is much quieter, you take in the sunset and there are a number of really pleasant restaurants a bar. Location was fantastic, right by the sea in the historic barrio. Really cute little apartment in historic building. Loved the roof terrace. It was cold when we stayed there but we took a blanket up to the terrace and watched the sunset with a bottle of wine. Could even see Buenos Aires in the distance.

As soon as we entered the property, we booked another night! We wish we could have stayed for longer! The owners are so kind and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, had a dining area, kitchen area, hot shower and toiletries. They gave us helpful instructions to get to the hotel, gave lots of useful information about the area and offer 20% off in their cafe next door. The rooftop has a perfect view of the sea and sunset. The location is great.

Location was excellent, at the end of a dead end street with no traffic noise. But right around the corner from the main street filled with restaurants and the barrio historico. Beds were very comfortable and nice hot shower.

A huge thank you to MARCELLO, who saved our trip by solving a problem with our booking, super efficiently. The hotel has large and very comfortable suites, with great views of the famous sunset. Great breakfast. Easy parking. Thank you.

Location, opposite a lovely river beach with a "parador" serving delicious fresh food. The hotel was located a 20 min walk from the old colonial centre. You can walk along the rambla and watch the sunset from the hotel.
