The friendly and caring staff make this hotel stand out. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was excellent. Level 21 for Club Room guests was ideal for us. We enjoyed leisurely breakfasts, late afternoon swims, cocktails and the sunset views. The location, beside the MRT station, is perfect.

It was no frills and cheap for Singapore but it has a 24 hr reception desk. Hot shower. Air con. Clean bed and linen. Very friendly staff. Close to public transport and local eating places.

The reception staff were very helpful. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Accessibility to the park was great and we saw a great variety of wildlife. As our flight was not until 10pm they reenabled our room cards to give access to the gym area so we could use the showers and changing facilities. The free shuttle bus was very helpful.

The room was basic, but sufficient for what we needed. Comfy clean bed, hot shower. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooftop swimming pool was great!!! THE LOCATION was unbeatable!!!! Located in the vicinity of Chinatown, in a small side street, so it was not noisy. We loved it and would choose this property again. Specail thanks the staff, that resolved our requests during check-in (11.7. 2024 - 4 rooms/2 families in total)

Excellent room, good A/C, good hot shower, comfy bed. Quiet, despite the large numbers of families there with kids for the nerarby Wet 'n' Wild waterslide park. Close to Changi Airport, which is why I chose this property. Also, right beside the resort is a lovely park and mangrove forest and coastline, which had birdlife there - another bonus for me as a wildlife enthusiast. I watched the sunset and sunrise framed by palm trees, 5 mintutes walk from my room.
