For travellers who love being in nature with an added sense of luxury. Also called glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, while surrounded by the wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it while staying glamorous.
The setting of the hotel is wonderful, just off the main square but so peaceful and relaxing. The beautiful gardens with the hammocks offer a great space to relax.
It is only a short walk to the main ruins complex. The entrance to the ruins on Pinkuylluna, opposite the main site, are along the same road as the Lodge which was great.
Breakfast was excellent the best omelette we had during our stay in Peru. A really lovely place to stay - highly recommended.
Rooms were clean, the owner Carlos was very accomodating to our request such as checking out very late + storing our luggages while we do our salkantay trek with no extra charge, he also helped us booked taxis after check out even before I could ask him. Views from the balcony and top floor were amazing! You could see the whole city from the night, during sunset and sunrise. Must stay! Carlos is a very good Host.
Really quiet and comfy place to stay!
For the price per night ,we extended our stay couple times…
Room was comfortable!
Great hot showers!
You won’t see or meet many people and it’s not a party hostal…
We definitely enjoyed our stay,
We even left one day early and they prepared us breakfast to go in a bag!wich we really appreciated!!!
Definitely recommend for a quieter hostel style!
Amazing views. Big spacious room. Hot shower. Shared space upstairs with a bench for weights. Affordable breakfast. Host super helpful. Bus to centre stops right outside.
This was one of our best hotels in Peru. We arrived very early in the morning and we received a very warm welcome from Wilbert and managed to access our room right away, even before check in time. The room was bright, big and comfortable, with a hot shower. The terrace upstairs is great to watch the sunset or have a drink. Wilbert, Isaac and the team were always very nice and caring, and even provided us with breakfast paper bags when we had to leave early morning for a day trip. We highly recommend it!
