Varkala Villa Mandala is a peaceful haven of calm. The design is carefully thought out, and well cared for. We were able to relax deeply. Its location is perfect to rest & replenish. We walked to the beach & swam in the sea before sunset each evening. The food was fresh & delicious. We left feeling thoroughly nurtured and it was just what Staff's were great.Thankyou Matthew and Annie for wonderful Hosting.
Staff were very courteous and kind, always assisting with our needs. The breakfast served in the morning was amazing, a nice spread,with a perfect view of the waves. The rooms were cozy and spacious, everything was neat and provided a relaxing stay. The best thing was the Beachfront villas with hammocks and plenty of places to explore. Guests were treated with the utmost respect.
Lovely quiet rooms, clean and with good mosquito nets. Awe had rooms next to each other with a little veranda- very peaceful. Filtered water available on our veranda. Breakfasts were fantastic, with fresh fruit salads and different Kerala breakfasts or pancakes or omelettes every day
Nevin and the family were exceptional hosts , warm and friendly and always helpful in making our weeks stay a good experience. The delightful cottages were spotlessly clean at a quiet end of the beach. Breakfast is plentiful which you can choose to have on your own veranda or on the roof terrace. There is a palm tree shaded garden with plenty of sun beds and restaurants within a short walk
Very clean and beautiful. The location is amazing, just on the shore, with a big yard and amazing views. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything one might need. There are sun beds and hammocks in the front yard.
Beautiful location. Lovely big, clean cottage with wonderful verandas front & back. Quiet beach immediately in front of the resort. Hammocks & loungers under the palms. Lovely plants all around. Fabulous staff who were friendly & attentive to your needs.
The property is right on the cliff which. Walk upto the beach and enjoy the view. The host here is very helpful. He provided us with all information regarding the places to visit, scooty rentals & even booked an auto for us. The room is very spacious & each room has a spacious verandah which gives an authentic Kerala vibe.

Magnific stay at Raj Palace! The rooms are big, very clean, with plenty of sun and views of the sea side. The owner and his family were very sweet and helped us out at every moment. The rooms even have a big terrace to chill out and an hammock to lay down while you watch the sunset in the evenings...
It is also very near the coast lane overseeing the cliffs of Varkala. Highly recommend it! 😃👍
