Breakfast was lovely. The staff were great, really helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us arrange our backwater tour. Small boat without motor. The room was in an idyllic setting facing the sea and had a wonderful veranda to wile away a lazy afternoon. And even a glorious hammock. Although no tea/coffee facilities in the room there is everything available in the communal area for you to help yourself.
Shukkoor and his family are lovely - they were so kind to us and went above and beyond when my partner was ill. They also arranged transport from Cochi, and helped me get to my safari meeting point. The location is stunning (beautiful sunsets over the mountains), it’s very quiet at night, and the rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. We are sad to leave and we highly recommend staying here. Thanks again to a very nice, kind and generous family for having us to stay.
Nevin and the family were exceptional hosts , warm and friendly and always helpful in making our weeks stay a good experience. The delightful cottages were spotlessly clean at a quiet end of the beach. Breakfast is plentiful which you can choose to have on your own veranda or on the roof terrace. There is a palm tree shaded garden with plenty of sun beds and restaurants within a short walk
Very clean and beautiful. The location is amazing, just on the shore, with a big yard and amazing views. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything one might need. There are sun beds and hammocks in the front yard.
Highly recommend this small hotel. Lovely spacious rooms in a great location on edge of town, close to wildlife park and variety of restaurants. Staff were super helpful- had booked us various safari activities within half an hour of arriving - friendly and efficient. Would stay again.
The location was beautiful. Right beside the beach and surrounded by tropical vegetation. Quiet, residential neighbourhood. Lovely sunsets. Perfect for a retreat from busy life. Host and his family were exceptionally kind and helpful.a real insight into Keralan life. Fishermen work nearby. A big garden with a hammock. Very relaxing. Good wifi if needed. This place is literally on the edge of the park and fronts straight onto the forest. We saw loads of wildlife, and there was even someone making a video documentary of ‘wildlife from a hotel veranda’ there! Chilling on the balcony was great, and very peaceful. Note, no restaurant, so we got transport to thekaddy town (5 mins, or 15 walking). Overall really good value.
Beautiful cottages built facing a manicured garden with a swing and a hammock. Rooms are spacious with AC and a fan. My favourite is the veranda in front which is perfect for doing just nothing but listening to nature, the waves in the distance or reading.
