I liked the antique Dutch feel to the buildings and the two story design with a pool in the middle. Management and staff were excellent, friendly and willing to assist with any queries or issues that arose. The room wasn't huge but adequate for my single needs with wifi, comfortable bed, air con and ensuite bathroom with hot shower. Enjoyed the stay 😀.
I’ve always enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Bubbles and this time was no different. The food was good and a great variety. The location of the Vivanta is so central and easy to access. I always enjoy my stay there especially my room as I got an upgrade to the beautiful sunset view sea facing room. Unfortunately the weather was quite a dampner and I caught only a very watery sunset on one day as the other days the horizon was filled with ominous rain clouds.
Our overall experience during stay in The Reach Hotel Kochi was excellent. We stayed there for one night 26 May 2024.
All rooms, staircase, veranda were super clean. Maintenance work is very good. Lift is available.
Good restaurants are nearby. Marine drive, High court water metro station 10 minutes distance by auto.
All staff and Manager are extremely cooperative. They fulfilled all my requirements. Will stay there again in near future.
The view from the balcony was outstanding and each evening we saw a pod of dolphins swimming happily, sunsets, daily life & ships passing by. Beds are comfy and bathrooms clean and spacious. Excellent. Tuk tuk driver Sarin was excellent - he showed us around Kochi and very useful guide too.
The wifi signal was so good. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. The room was really well equipped (fan, ac, good bathroom with hot shower...) and clean. There were mosquito nets that helped prevent the bugs quite enough.
