The location was more than great! 10 mins to very convenient bus station, and metro station. 20 mins walk to the city center, to the the Bridge of Peace and to the House of Justice.
Holy Trinity Cathedral is really close, 5 mins on foot. You should go there and meet the sunset or sunrise!

a really great apartment. with a very nice view. you can even watch the sunset very nicely. i can only recommend it to everyone. The Vake Park is also very close by
Very friendly, hospitable staff, the receptionist welcomed us with a round of chacha, showed us around the hotel and gave us tips on what to see in the city, even though he was busy with other guests. Rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There is a patio on the roof of the building that offers a panoramic view of Tbilisi, and there are tents with tables and chairs - so you can enjoy the view even if the weather isn't great. Breakfasts were tasty and with good choice.

suite room is excellent with a balcony and a nice view. You watch the sunrise and the sunset. Air condition excellent. Staff, breakfast, location, the surroundings everything was excellent.
Hotel has two cats on the garden and they feed them and let guests feed them. We like this very much as well.

A very nice small hotel with modern rooms and freshly renovated bathrooms. We love sleeping with windows opened and really valued the quiet surroundings and mosquito nets.
A little bit outside the city centre but still in a walking distance. We enjoyed especially the proximity to the sulfur baths.

It is a truly amazing place to stay with a nice design and plenty of space. On top of that, the veranda is magnificent! The host was super lovely and was kind enough to wait for us as we arrived late at night. Hugely recommended!
Location is great, it is the center of Tbilisi, just there is a small hiking up to the hill but cheap Tbilisi's taxi can help for little money
And the best thing is the veranda on the 3rd floor, it is amazing place with a beautiful sunrise/sunset
