Very friendly, hospitable staff, the receptionist welcomed us with a round of chacha, showed us around the hotel and gave us tips on what to see in the city, even though he was busy with other guests. Rooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nice and clean. There is a patio on the roof of the building that offers a panoramic view of Tbilisi, and there are tents with tables and chairs - so you can enjoy the view even if the weather isn't great. Breakfasts were tasty and with good choice.

Good location, perfectly clean and I had some of the best nights of sleep I have had in a hostel. Super friendly staff and sometimes during the evening come to visit in the veranda. Recommended :)

A very nice small hotel with modern rooms and freshly renovated bathrooms. We love sleeping with windows opened and really valued the quiet surroundings and mosquito nets. A little bit outside the city centre but still in a walking distance. We enjoyed especially the proximity to the sulfur baths. The owner and staff super friendly, and the fresh homemade breakfast by Julia is delicious!

Location is great, it is the center of Tbilisi, just there is a small hiking up to the hill but cheap Tbilisi's taxi can help for little money And the best thing is the veranda on the 3rd floor, it is amazing place with a beautiful sunrise/sunset

The guesthouse was located close to the old city which was great for sightseeing. The room was very clean and comfortable, it also had a little balcony. There is a lovely rooftop terrace where you can sit and see the sunset from.

Good position for Avlabari Metro and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Could walk easily to Peace Bridge etc. Good breakfast served by 2 great ladies. David picked us up from Airport no problem. Good hot shower

We had a great stay. Friendly host who waited for us to check in late. Nice balcony to enjoy the sunsets. Breakfast usually from 9 am, but when we left early, they prepared it for us earlier. All in all, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location, easy walk to the City and transport systems. Staff really helpful. And great rooftop restaurant for sunsets (book in advance)
