The little house was perfect, and the location was stunning. Loved watching the wildlife in the garden and I even had a visit by baby rabbits, too. I was in my element!
Everything anyone could need was there, and the attention to detail was just just brilliant.
We booked Wrens nest for a little quiet get away, the cottage itself was very easy to find, it was very clean, quiet, cosy and had everything we needed. Great heating and a hot shower. There was some prosecco and fudge on arrival which was a lovely touch after a long day. Thank you Gael for a brilliant stay.
Lovely place to stay! Julie has thought of everything you could ever need and bakes a wonderful cake! Loads of wildlife in the garden, saw kingfishers, woodpeckers and rabbits 😍
The lodge was ok, equipped with everything needed in a home from home. The beds were comfortable. Secluded area, with private garden space nice for watching the wildlife. Nice and central for exploring Galloway.
The Roundhouse had an excellent view of the bay - sunsets are stunning. The garden has lots of action at the bird feeder. The deli at the castle and Roadhouse restaurant are worth a visit too.
Excellent quiet property, but still close to local amenities. Beautiful sunset directly adjacent to property. Warm and welcoming with tea coffee and biscuits. Lovely break away. 3 caravans available for groups.
arrived wet after a long motorbike journey and Anne offered to dry all out wet gear. Room was cosy with all out gear, nice large and hot shower. Short walk to local pubs and restaurants. Large filling breakfast to keep us going all day
I loved the beautiful little garden with all of its wildlife and the panoramic view of the bay, with a different, stunning sunset every night. :)
