For travelers who love being in nature with some added luxury. Also known as glamping, tented camps provide full or limited services, surrounded by wilderness. Typically in permanent or semi-permanent camps, these private tents/yurts are a great way to rough it and stay glamorous.
Delighted with the pod and its location for our one night stay. Absolutely spotless, modern interior with lots of nice extras, like biscuits, tea, coffee & a container of milk in the fridge. Stunning view out to sea due to its elevated position and we were blessed with a beautiful sunset. Great parking and lovely outdoor furniture outside the pod, making it a lovely relaxing stay, just a short walk from the centre of Mallaig. Great communication from the owner and a friendly welcome. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
It was easy to find, hotel has its own parking. Getting our bags up to 2nd floor by stairs was a good exercise after spending all day driving. We watched sunset from the window of our room. Fish and chips were incredible!
Fabulous location and lovely atmosphere
Lovely room great shower good bed lovely linen and plenty of complimentary tea coffee etc
Wonderful lounges to sit in and view the sunset
Perfectly located in the middle of Mallaig. Plenty of parking on site. Comfortable room and bed, clean and well maintained. Hotel itself has a pub with plenty of seating inside and outside to enjoy the surrounding area and sunset views.
The location of the pods is excellent; five minutes walk from the station and with views across to the small isles and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants.
The lockbox allowed us to check in independently and dash to the boatyard for the 3:30 wildlife cruise with plenty of time to spare.
The pod itself was spotless and equipped with everything we needed for our few nights in Mallaig.
Our hosts were excellent and responded to our queries very quickly!
A lovely place to stay and would highly recommend!
