Loved the massive smart TV! Bed was really comfy. VERY compact room, but a great use of space. Lovely hot shower. Was great to have tea making facilities and complimentary biscuits. Location was brill. Belsize Park is a very nice, quiet area with great facilities close and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from the tube stop.
Great location, the spa/gym facilities were exceptional. We very much enjoyed our stay, the bed was very comfy and our air con worked fine. Very powerful hot shower, much needed after a long day walking around sight seeing.
A must is looking at the London wall, that the hotel has built around. Check that out before you leave!
The location was safe, easy to access and overall great. The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with all the facilities you need. It was close to the tube stations and supermarkets so it was easy to get everything. There was cleaning that was organised mid stay and everything we needed was taken care of. The terrace was especially beautiful and lovely for the family to hang out and watch the stunning sunsets.
The apartment is located in a quiet place, 5 minutes from the street with 24-hour shops and cafes. The apartment is beautifully decorated, there are 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds and a hall with a spacious veranda overlooking the garden. Squirrels and foxes live in the garden, the children were delighted. Our family felt comfortable in this apartment, the owner was friendly and next time we want to stay here
Exceptionally clean. Spacious, comfortable room. Lovely shower room. Hot shower with lovely toiletries. Excellent quality and choices for breakfast. Very personable, helpful and accommodating staff. Extremely good value for money especially considering the location.

This is "no frills" accommodation. If you are looking for a solid and comfortable nights sleep and good but basic bathroom facilities, then Arriv Hotel has everything you are wanting in an excellent location in central London.
Welcoming reception area. Excellent location. Room small but comfortable with hot shower, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed. Will stay here again.
