An ideally situated and well equipped apartment. We had great communication about check in and check out too - thank you! The view from the spacious outside terrace was amazing too! We toasted some incredible sunsets.

Very quiet location but only 2 mins by car to La Concha beach or El Cotillo town. Amazing view from the terasse towards town and the coast. Great for star gazing and watching the sunset. The double bed is super comfy and so is the living area sofa. Suso, our host, was always quick to respond and gave us ideas for activities and places to eat.
The property was in a good location with a supermarket and a couple of bakeries nearby. The views from the roof terrace were spectacular particularly at sunset. The kitchen was well supplied with equipment but, like most holiday lets, really needed a knife that was actually sharp. The building site was no problem to us at all, they tended to start around 8.00 am but really were not particularly noisy from our point of view.
The location at the beachfront is great - because it really is at the beachfront - cca 70m to the ocean. It was more expensive than other facilities nearby but was worth it. Compared to the new buildings full of apartments this still have some spirit of community, the new ones we found so sterile and anonymous. Cotillo is nice, restaurants are fine, the bay is cool. The facility had everything we needed for three days, the sunset and sunrise at the balcony is priceless.
The location and terrace was spectacular. Walking distance from cafes, 5 mins. Apartment located right on the beach. Clean pool and beautiful veranda pool area, suntrap in the morning. Very relaxed, friendly and welcoming vibe. Would reccomend if you want to chill.
A comfortable, well equipped appartament, great for a couple. Cosy, very clean, has a nice kitchen and washing mashine. One balcony, one closed terrace with a hammock and a big rooftop terrace with great views. Very close to the waterfront with restaurants, easy to park a car close by. Great contact with a host. A cafe on the ground floor.
We stayed in the cabin for 3 days and we absolutely LOVED IT!
You can actually feel that Luz Maria and Bryan put their heart into this place.
It is one of the best places I've been to and I have traveled a world a bit. La Maxada is great to unwind, relax and reset. The astonishing view at the desert and the ocean. You also get the "first seats in the theatre" to watch the Sunset here right at the terrace!
The night sky is full, and I mean it, completely full of stars.

Exceptionally clean everywhere. Gorgeous pool area. Pool was nice and warm (great when swimming in Feb) and there were plenty of sun beds. Modern rooms with comfortable beds and nice big pillows. All the staff were friendly. Nice rooftop bar to watch the sunset. Food good and plentiful, especially breakfast choice.
