4 - When we arrived at sunset, there was no one at the reception, but the owner had provided me with all the information I needed, so check-in was easy and the responses from the owner were quick, and this is a very important point for me and for everyone, I think.
5 - As for the parking, it was behind the building and there was good space to park and parking was free.
Location - good, close to the metro.
The staff - everything was fine via email.

Safety - I felt safe

Shop Rewe - 100 meters from the hostel.
Room - the contents of the room are good. There is a fridge, and plenty of dishes for lunch.
Peace - there was peace in the hostel.
Great staff, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. View of the river Elbe from the large windows in the room. Great to watch the ships go by. One window is even equipped with a mosquito net so you can leave it open at dusk/night (not so common in Germany from what I can tell). Very clean and well maintained facilities. Nice location on the terrace to have lunch/ dinner or have a drink in the evening at the bar. Didn't try the spa, but hope to stay here again and will try it the next time.

We liked absolutely everything about this Hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean and the beds are comfortable. The location could not have been any better. Everything in walking distance. The roof terrace was a highlight as we could enjoy after shopping and sightseeing a drink in a relaxed atmosphere and watch the sunset.
The location is excellent and within walking distance to several restaurants. It's also quite a comfortable walk to the city centre. The area around the hotel is beautiful and makes for lovely evening strolls. The room we had was very comfortable and we were lucky to have a balcony that provided a view of the lake in the distance and awesome sunsets. Breakfast is hearty and provides a variety of options. The Customer service is excellent.
Nice modern room, nice bathroom, well decorated. Good hot shower. Friendly staff. Close to Altona station, Altona is good for shops and restaurants. Quiet in room despite being close to station no noise so can sleep.
