If you want the real Valle del Elqui experience you have to stay here! The area is great to see the stars and you are next to a natural pool and a creek. Tents are super comfortable, and beds are warm! Please notice that it is a real tent so there is not too much heating inside, but there is a small heater that helps ;) Personnel is very helpful and they kept contact with us all the time via whatsapp.

If you search a remote and quiet place, this is it! The camp is very unique and buildt with lots of love. From the camp, you have an awesome view of the valley and its surrounding mountains. It is amazing to see the change of the colors during sunrise and sunset. It is an excellent place for stargazing as well!! Just make yourself comfortable around the firepit and enjoy the night. The owner Max makes the place even more special! Thanks that you created such an oasis!

Located directly at the Elqui river, we received the tent with windows in the roof to see the stars at night. Unfortunately, the tent is placed below a tree… The place also offered globe tents with huge windows. Each tent has a separate private bathroom. Great breakfast! An open community kitchen to prepare food is available.

Campo de Cielo is a hidden paradise in the middle of the desert, a true gem near Vicuña. Max, the owner, has crafted everything on his own, resulting in an original and authentic haven with enchanting boho vibes. A must-stay experience that captures the essence of tranquility and creativity!

Max has created a really beautiful place in the middle of the mountains. Great relaxing atmosphere, if you enjoy being in nature it's the right place for you. Nice tents with comfy beds, a fully equipped kitchen, coffee and tea for free. I really would have loved to stay for some more days. Max also gives great tips on what to do in the area, so trust him, he knows 😉

So peaceful and quiet. Absolutely amazing star watching. Max the owner is lovely. Picked me up from town and took me on a day trip to the local river. The tent was great and the bed super comfy with a hammock and sofa out front to enjoy my morning coffee and the views

One of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. Max was a great host and it's located in the most idyllic of settings. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises from right outside your tent, with some great walks in the canyon in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it!

The host Max was fantastic. He is super nice and makes sure you feel welcome. Don't be afraid of the tents as they are extremely comfortable (I am not an outdoorsy person). There are outlets and electricity available, which was great. He also has drinking water for you, if needed, as well as a little kitchen. The facilities (toilets and shower) are nice and clean, considering it's all outdoors. It truly is a relaxing place where you can connect with nature.
