Large room with effective A/C, hot shower, fridge, etc. Comfy and big bed. Breakfast was very very good for a relatively budget hotel. Location 2 minutes from a metro station.

Like an Appt hotel. Spacious Studio, Double bed +a sofa. Cable TV. Big refrigerator, microwave, iron, AC. Clean. hot shower.Little market in the street. Near metro and avenida Paulista, bakery, restaurants, shopping around. Easy to call for a taxi, metro , bus. Gym room small and swimming pool is more like a jacuzzi (no bubbles !)to wet your feet. Good stay and well located.
The whole building is super modern and renovated with super functional rooms. There is good wifi and hot showers. There is a common space on the 8th floor with a rooftop terrace, a kitchen and living room, and a gym. This was our favourite space to hang out and work! The price of the room was very cheap and the best your can fin by far. Republicans is known to be a dodgy area, but we never felt any danger. Instead, we loved the vibe of the neighbourhood, the bars, restaurants and many events.
The apartment is nice and has everything you need.
They provide with some treats and breakfast items, juice and coffee/tea which we did not expected that was included.
Bed is very comfortable and the location is great, 3 min from metro station Faria Lima.
The view is amazing to sunset lovers.
You feel secure in this place.
Beds were comfortable. They had mosquito nets which was bonus. Staff were friendly and carnival parties were near.
