The Pousada itself is dry charming and just what you need in paraty if you are exploring the city and neighboring beaches.
This is an amazing place! The cabin was extremely cozy, quiet, clean, and very well-equipped. Things that we sometimes missed in other places, such as cozy outdoor chairs and a coffee table, were there, plus even more, such as a hammock! The kitchen had everything we needed. Sitting on the terrace and listening and watching the birds was so nice.
Great location, good breakfast and the bed room had a hammock. The owner was a nice guy, and I got the impression he was more of a local guy running a business as opposed to the other Pousadas around there. The for me, was a good thing.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Casa Breia Mar. The flat had all we needed to cook at home and to work for a few days as well as being near to the centre of Paraty to enjoy all it had to offer. The view out to the sea is lovely with a large balcony and hammocks. The flat is also very near to Gecko, a brilliant seaside bar with live music. All went very smoothly with check-in and check-out.
