Amazing location with a stunning view over Porto. A quiet area, out of the caos but still very convenient to visit the city and super close to the wineries. The rooms was spacious, very well equipped and with a breath taking view. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient and ready to take care of any need and request. We travelled with our dog and the hotel is a pet friendly oasis in a country where is not vey easy to travel with your pet. Highly recommended.

The customer service is excellent, and the accommodations are very clean, with daily cleaning services. The bed is comfortable and longer than usual, making it ideal for tall guests. The kitchen area is perfect—spacious and practical. The location is superb, with local cafes, a supermarket, and a fitness center just across the road. It's only a 20-minute walk to the bridge or the seafront.
The location was unbeatable, situated right in the heart of all the places we wanted to visit, just a short walk away. The pool was very clean and offered stunning views of the city. The apartment itself was spotless, soundproof, and a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Porto. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend
Honestly I don't get why all these bad reviews and the low score, because the place is amazing, very clean, one of the cheapest, and the location is wonderful, I have never used any public transportation. The owner and the cleaning ladies are very kind. To be honest this is the best place I have been in Portugal so far. (It's been 10 months I'm travelling to Portugal). PS: from the room n.4 there is a beautiful view 😉
Location was great, in a little village very close to the beaches and also to the towns of Guimaraes and Braga. The property has the charm of a motor inn as it used to be in the good old days, the owner polite and helpful. lots of tips for where to eat, what to visit and how. Very clean apartment, bed linen spotless and place very spacious. We shall return for sure!
The Hotel Spot was in an excellent location for our 3 night stay in Porto with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Continental breakfast was good with lovely selection of pastries. Our Superior Master suite (room 101) was spotlessly clean, very spacious and comfortable for our family of 6. Able to prepare a light dinner with kitchen facilities between sightseeing which helped maximise our time sightseeing and budget. Lots of shops and nice restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent budget priced hotel near all shops, restaurants and facilities. The room was compact even tight to get around, not ideal for two, but perfect for solo traveller. The rate was excellent. The room, bed and toilet facilities were spotless. Bed comfy. Tv and aircon included. I did not opt for breakfast. There is a window but no view as it appears to open to other windlow for light. Perfect for Camino solo traveller.
Fantastic location right near the river, modern and clean, comfortable bunks, very affordable. Amazing rain showers !! Staff were really nice and helpful. Overall this was a greally great hostel, unfortunately I didn't get to spend a great deal of time there due to a busy schedule!

location was ideal. close to shops, bars restaurants. Also convenient for the railway station. We took day trips to Braga and Aviero by train. very cheap and easy !! Apartment was spotless and well equipped. Good quality bed linen and towels.
