The property is perfect. The location is great and accessinle with the Bus. We don't drive the car to go to the city we tool the Bus. Just a few walk and the Bus station is there. Accessible to the Train Station La Spezia. If you want to go to Cinque Terre, take the Bus going to the Stazion. There's a nearby place where you can swim. The owner is really friendly, helpful and nice. From the first day to the end, he is reachable and fast response. I would recommend this apartment. I rate the cleanliness, location, overall 10 out of 10. Thank you Paolo for the nice accommodation and stay.

We went on a trip to Portovenere and 5 terre and this location was an ideal starting point to both trips . Room was very accommodating and spacy, including a mini fridge. The cleaning lady was really welcoming and nice.
