It is located in the heart, between the coast and train station. (But be prepared with a great pair of walking shoes) *Private parking. Very secure. *Coffee/ espresso. Fresh orange juice. Assorted fresh fruit and croissants daily to start your day. * Loved the balcony off our room. & room was spacious! Charming decor and atmosphere. * if we come back to the coast, would definitely stay here again. ❤️❤️❤️

Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The apartment is conveniently located in the centre of La Spezia, close to the train station (about 5 minutes walk). The train station is just one stop away from the beautiful Cinque Terre. Also, if you have a car, you can ask the owner to pay for a parking space, which is close to the apartment. The apartment is small but modern and really clean. We would recommend it for a visit to Cinque Terre and Porto Venere.

Case Vacanze Scorci Di Mare is a 14th-century building set in the Cinque Terre National Park, 50 metres from Riomaggiore’s rocky coast. It offers sea-view rooms with satellite TV. The host is a very nice guy that gave us a lot of information regarding the place, the history, the testaurants etc. The apartment was right in front of the water, with a splendid view over the sunset.

The location is great and accessinle with the Bus. We don't drive the car to go to the city we tool the Bus. Just a few walk and the Bus station is there. Accessible to the Train Station La Spezia. If you want to go to Cinque Terre, take the Bus going to the Stazion. There's a nearby place where you can swim. The owner is really friendly, helpful and nice. From the first day to the end, he is reachable and fast response. I would recommend this apartment. I rate the cleanliness, location, overall 10 out of 10. A recently renovated property, Alquadratorooms is situated in La Spezia near Castello San Giorgio, Technical Naval Museum and Amedeo Lia Museum. Nice room, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Offering garden views, Sweet Rooms is an accommodation situated in La Spezia, 1.3 km from Technical Naval Museum and 700 metres from Amedeo Lia Museum. Comfortable location, Easy access to transportation, less than 5 minutes from train station, 20 minutes from port. We went on a trip to Portovenere and 5 terre and this location was an ideal starting point to both trips . Room was very accommodating and spacy, including a mini fridge. The cleaning lady was really welcoming and nice.
