The property is an old Victorian building with a beautiful large combined bedroom and sitting room and plenty of storage. We had a wonderful view to the sea and a delicious breakfast made to order and served elegantly. There was also a lovely common room also facing the sea. Despite the bad weather our stay was cozy and comfortable. Would strongly recommend!

Didn't want to leave had an amazing holiday the Best accommodation I have been to in Rothesay by far. First Class and more. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Will be back soon 😁😍
