The location right on Rothesay Bay is stunning. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace in front and watching the ferry and sailboats. Excellent breakfast including gluten free toast and homemade bramble preserves.

The property is an old Victorian building with a beautiful large combined bedroom and sitting room and plenty of storage. We had a wonderful view to the sea and a delicious breakfast made to order and served elegantly. There was also a lovely common room also facing the sea. Despite the bad weather our stay was cozy and comfortable. Would strongly recommend!

Beautiful House in Stunning Location. So relaxing watching the ferry coming and going at the picture window. House was Immaculate and the owners have paid attention to every detail with lots of extras. Didn't want to leave had an amazing holiday the Best accommodation I have been to in Rothesay by far. First Class and more. Owners were so helpful and friendly. Will be back soon 😁😍
