Staff were friendly and the lounge was a great place to spend the evening. The location was quiet with lovely views and some landscaped gardens.

I was able to store my luggage with them multiple times as I went on bus tours without any complaints. They were always ready to have me back. The fresh fruit at breakfast was amazing! And they always packed me a take away breakfast, which had enough for lunch too, when I had an early bus tour. I would gladly stay again and again, which I did!

The decor of the lodge and the grounds were beautiful. Probably the best part of the hotel was the service from the staff. We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay.

With fantastic views of Rothiemurchus Forest and the Cairngorm Mountains, the High Range Lodge Hotel offers spacious rooms with original artwork by local artists. Great place, stayed in the motel section, the room has everything you need, I mean everything. LOVE the shoe tray and the two-way bathroom doors. Very helpful staff, they let us check in late. Super clean. Great location. Ideal.

In 15 acres of private grounds, this hotel boasts spectacular views over Portree Bay to the Cuillin Mountain range. It has an award-winning restaurant and a range of whiskies on offer. The view from the rooms and the restaurant were breathtaking. Every aspect of the service was flawless. Our bottom line is that it is difficult to say whether the Isle of Skye is a reason to stay at the Cuillin Hills Hotel, or the Cuillin Hills Hotel is a reason to visit the Isle of Skye.
