Set in Grindleford Bridge, 11 km from Chatsworth House, The Maynard offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. After a few complications at the airport, our stay at the Maynard was just what we needed to finally ease into the desired relaxation for one's holiday. The atmosphere was very welcoming, our room very charming and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. For us, the location was great as well. It's good for hiking/walking and exploring the Peak District National Park. I highly recommend a stay here. Hope to be back sometime.

The Little Mill Inn is a traditional country pub is in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside, close to Hayfield, Kinder Scout and The Pennine Way. The staff Josh, Eve and Owner Ian treated us like family. 7 STARS AND ANOTHER STAR FOR KINDNESS.

Avenue House is located in Bakewell, within 2.4 km of Haddon Hall and 3.3 km of Chatsworth House. Built in 1900, the property is within 2.8 km of Ashford Castle. Free WiFi is available. The room was fantastic (room 7). Yes, there are more stairs up to this level but we couldn't fault anything.

Where modern heritage meets a warm Derbyshire welcome. Oakhill Hotel is a beautiful Grade 2 Listed (Georgian style) house built by the Arkwright family in the mid 19th century, as a private family... Staff were brilliant. Lovely room. Great food. Really enjoyed our stay.

Offering a garden and garden view, Beautiful Cottage in Ashbourne is located in Ashbourne, 33 km from Buxton Opera House and 33 km from Chatsworth House. Very modern, clean and beautiful cottage. Great location, easy access to the town. Communication was great from owners and very accommodating. Will definitely be recommending and staying again.

Really lovely property located a short drive from Chatsworth and Bakewell, with good restaurants in Matlock. Comfy beds, nice breakfast and very attentive host, Michael!

Luxury Shepherd Hut in the Peak District in Bakewell provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. It was so private and so close to so many places.

Situated in Bradwell, in a historic building, 18 km from Buxton Opera House, Lyndale House is a bed and breakfast with a garden and terrace. The house and room were very comfortable and clean. The shared bathroom was new, clean, and very spacious. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for the price.

Located in Castleton, 16 km from Buxton Opera House, Bulls Head, Castleton provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. Everything especially the decor, the only downside we would have liked a full English breakfast rather than what we had even though it was very nice
