I spoke to him on the chat before and he was able to accommodate us in our preferred room choice, so that was fantastic. We had a great 7 nights, all the facilities we needed for a lovely stay - sun loungers on the balcony but equally you can just go and get a lounger and sit/lay near the pool. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and of course close to sandy beaches (literally a minute of walking and you're there!), a great place to be able to explore the popular areas of Tenerife. Would definitely recommend it for couples or families. There was a mixture of people but the pool was never too busy and everyone was friendly, no loud music or anything disruptive, a nice calm place to spend a week. Could easily have stayed for longer enjoying the big balcony, great views and lovely weather.
