Firstly, we were happy to be staying in a family-run hotel and to be able to support a family business. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, giving us tips for what to do and where to go and even for restaurants in the area as we were there during Christmas and the selection was very limited. We were also kept up to date about the weather and various other conditions in the general area. The breakfast was amazing, including the selection of the family's homemade jams. There were so many that we couldn't try them all! Fresh bread, loads of cold cuts and eggs, a huge variety of cereals, and fresh fruit.

The reception is open 24 hours a day so one feels safe. The employees are very good people, ready to help at any time. Tickets for the city tour can be purchased there. Our room was very spacious. It had a well-equipped kitchen. We especially liked it - there was everything in the room for babies. Baby care table, small bathtub, baby toilet... The fact that they thought so carefully and in detail brought tears to my eyes.
