This family-run guest house is quietly situated in Stadt Wehlen in the heart of the Saxon Switzerland National Park, directly below the world-famous Bastei rock formation. It offers free WiFi and free parking. Firstly, we were happy to be staying in a family-run hotel and to be able to support a family business. The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, giving us tips for what to do and where to go and even for restaurants in the area as we were there during Christmas and the selection was very limited. We were also kept up to date about the weather and various other conditions in the general area. The breakfast was amazing, including the selection of the family's homemade jams. There were so many that we couldn't try them all! Fresh bread, loads of cold cuts and eggs, a huge variety of cereals, and fresh fruit.

The employees are very good people, ready to help at any time. Tickets for the city tour can be purchased there. Our room was very spacious. It had a well-equipped kitchen. We especially liked it - there was everything in the room for babies. Baby care table, small bathtub, baby toilet... The fact that they thought so carefully and in detail brought tears to my eyes.

Nice location close to station, very well organized reception and straightforward room layout. The rooms are small as you would expect with a budget city hotel, but very clean and in good order. The top bunk mattress was quite hard, perhaps again part of the budget city hotel package. Did not have breakfast but noticed there was a communal kitchen and many families staying, I would recommend.

The location is ideal, in 1 min walk from the Porzellan museum and 7 min to the city center and to the railway station. The apartment is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well equiped with everything you need like washing machine, coffee maker, ironing facilities, good Wi-Fi. The host is friendly and helpful. This is an ideal accommodation for a family with children or for friends at a good price!

The ideal place to stay when traveling alone. The location is excellent since you are close to the center, next to the train station (in order to reach the airport) but also you are staying in the most "fun" area, Neustadt with lots of bars and restaurants. The hotel is new and very clean, and spacious rooms with fashionable decor and fancy lights. The gym is a huge plus. The personnel is kind and helped me with everything I wanted. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and I am definitely going back.
