The bed was very comfortable, the room was super quiet, the breakfast was superb, the mountain view from my window was wonderful, Arriving very late was not a problem for the very helpful staff (Luca I believe), the very chill and friendly room service in the morning

Very nice Grotto, with freshly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.
