We especially liked all the little extras that you don’t normally get in a rental. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. We especially liked that the bus stop was right across the street. There was lots of information on what to do in Lugano as well. Everything was so nice and clean and the beds were super comfy!

Our first experience in these apartments was so successful that we decided to book another room to experience the full comfort of this homely hotel! Very nice Grotto, with freshly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Before arriving we were informed about the possibilities for breakfast and restaurants. At our arrival, there was some minor technical issue with the heating and we were given immediately another room.
