Very nice location, comfortable house, we felt’s that we were at our family’s house, friendly staff, Dely was like a very kind mother at home took care of laundry and cleaning, very sweet

Casa Baiana Pousada & Aconchego features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and bar in Trancoso. A delicious fresh breakfast was served every morning - the staff were very friendly, chatty and helpful and hardworking. The pousada is away from the main centre about a 5 min walk in a quiet neighbourhood of other pousadas. There is a large pool and views to the forest and sea beyond and occasional monkeys jumping around! The place was just lovely and we would like to return the next time we get to travel to Trancoso.

Offering a garden and garden view, Point do Rio Vermelho is set in Salvador, 500 metres from Rio Vermelho and 600 metres from Praia do Buracão. Great hotel, with amazing staff and a perfect location! Everyone was really nice and helpful - even offering me late check out so I could shower before my flight!

Topázio Pousada is situated in Morro de São Paulo, 100 metres from Aureliano Lima Square and 500 metres from Morro de Sao Paulo Lighthouse. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi.... It was in the middle of the main street, but still didn’t listen to the noises from outside. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing. Could connect netflix to tv.

Offering free WiFi throughout the property, Pousada Estrelar is set in Lençóis, within 29 km of Pai Inacio Mountain. The accommodation offers room service, and currency exchange for guests. The guesthouse is a short walk up a slight hill from the bus station, but it’s well worth the effort. Alternatively, you can take a local taxi for convenience. If you’re traveling with wheeled luggage, be aware that the cobblestone streets may make the walk a bit tricky. Also, watch out for traffic, as there are no road markings. Our room was lovely, featuring double-aspect windows with a fantastic view. It was spotless and felt very new. One minor drawback is that the windows are actually shutters, not glass, so some outside noise does filter in. However, since the guesthouse is on the edge of town, the noise wasn’t too disruptive. This design is due to the building’s listed or historical status, which adds to its charm. The manager was very friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, providing a good start to the day. Being on the edge of town, the guesthouse is a bit of a walk from the bus station, but it’s conveniently close to natural pools and local hiking trails. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops just a few minutes’ walk downhill. I would definitely stay here again.

Flores da Praça is situated in Morro de São Paulo, a few steps from Aureliano Lima Square and 400 metres from Morro de Sao Paulo Lighthouse. Everything was really nice. The rooms have nice details and are rather modern. The staff, especially Patrick, was super helpful with any questions we had. Would definitively come back!
