Good location helpful staff and excellent food. Room was lovely. As I'm slightly disabled they put us in rooms where I could get to room from car park to save me having to use any stairs.

Breakfast was very good, as was my evening meal, service was great, room was very clean, bathroom was immaculate! Very spacious shower. Was some noise from the Bar, but England were playing so to be expected, however more traffic noise than I expected, however if you are a supercar fan, this location is ideal for you as many drove by and also a Ferrari dealership just across the way.

Ideal location and very clean, easy to use facilities, TV, freezer, bath/shower lovely for my brother who has dementia. Good parking. Lovely garden in P4 East walk into Lyndhurst with lovely pubs and cafes, over the road from the appt there was a fabulous park with wild horses and cattle.
