On arrival you were made welcome, very happy & friendly couple, location was very good, breakfast was very good order whatever you want, set us up for the day, nothing to much trouble for them, time we left felt like you had known them years. Definitely going back next year.

The small but adequate double bedroom in the roof space was pleasant and the bathroom facility good. I liked the soap dispensers and the bed was comfortable. The key did not fit the lock so it remained open for my stay.

Breakfast was very good, as was my evening meal, service was great, room was very clean, bathroom was immaculate! Very spacious shower. Was some noise from the Bar, but England were playing so to be expected, however more traffic noise than I expected, however if you are a supercar fan, this location is ideal for you as many drove by and also a Ferrari dealership just across the way.

Ideal location and very clean, easy to use facilities, TV, freezer, bath/shower lovely for my brother who has dementia. Good parking. Lovely garden in P4 East walk into Lyndhurst with lovely pubs and cafes, over the road from the appt there was a fabulous park with wild horses and cattle.

The room and bathroom were cosy, tastefully decorated and very clean. The hosts were charming and discreet and made sure nothing was missing as for us to enjoy a pleasant stay. Breakfast made on order, well cooked. Also available a range of fruit juice , cereals and yoghurt. The location was ideal for touring the New Forest and just off the centre of the town .Would certainly stay there again.
