The place was lovely, the host was very friendly and the facilities were excellent for what we wanted which was a bed before an early morning flight out of East Midlands. We did think we were sleeping in an annexe rather than the host’s house so we were tiptoeing about at 4am, other than that, everything was excellent for what we wanted. Lovely pub 20 minutes away where we had a Sunday RoaSt.

I had a very nice stay at Salisbury Street Guesthouse. The communication before my stay was clear and check in is flexible. My room was spotlessly clean. I enjoyed the huge smart TV in my room. Central location for Long Eaton. A welcome fan in the room because of a summer stay. A good atmosphere with the other guests. Everything was very enjoyable

Spotlessly clean and well presented. Easy parking a stones throw and very cheap! Very centrally located for the town and public transport. Asked the host to accommodate a particular request due to personal reasons and was happily accepted! Will absolutely book here again when visiting friends in the area.
Also good quality bed linen on a lovely comfy bed.. Makes such a difference!
Tip top accommodation.
Perfect for our budget and location, really clean room with good facilities. Bed was really comfy so slept really well. Well equipped shared kitchen downstairs with tea and coffee. We had our own bathroom with shower, parking was right outside on the road, permit holder only until 6pm on Saturday but this suited us as we were at Clifford Spa until 9pm.
The staff, especially Linda, who was very pleasant. Linda earned the Holiday Inn 2 extra points. Otherwise, i would have been a detractor. The location was ideal for this visit.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms and kitchen were to a very high spec. The bathroom was lovely. Everything was very clean. The beds were comfy with great pillows and bedding. Free Netflix a nice bonus. Likewise free tea, coffee, milk and biscuits in the kitchen. The owner was friendly and helpful both before and during our stay. The location is central to the town, but not noisy. There is very cheap parking 2 minutes walk from the house. We will definitely return.
Spotlessly clean, good sized room, large walk in shower, large car park and was able to park my car opposite the bedroom window, like that I could have taken my dog (hard to find accommodation that allows pets). All the staff we met were happy and helpful. Grounds were kept tidy, ideal location for visiting Nottingham and Derby.
The location was ideal. The room was spacious and had what we needed. The price was ok although I found out afterwards that friends had booked the same kind of room for the same night, a fair bit cheaper. And I understand that they booked their room later than us. The parking was free which is always a good thing.
