We liked the separate nature of the room, very private. The room was very clean and well prepared. Lots of little extras to help with breakfast especially, and a good coffee machine. Shower was very good and bed very comfortable, a really good place to stay

Best B&B we've ever been to! Cosy room and charming house with cute ponies in the backyard. Genette is lovely and very attentive. I had some preferences regarding breakfast, but that was no problem and I got more than I expected. Also very clean and excellent location in the beautiful New Forest area.

We had a wonderful one night stay. Genette was really friendly and welcoming and the room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely breakfast and appreciated the fresh fruit and locally sourced sausages. We also appreciated the peace and quiet of the location.
Brockenhurst is a lovely village and ideally located for exploring. Train station location was an added bonus. Food was excellent in the restaurant, room very comfortable and spacious but a little warm
Excellent location, walkable to high street , local shops and cafes. Cottage is spacious and very clean with well equipped kitchen .Able to self cater. Hosts gave clear instructions so no problem with access. Bonus was a park run being held on Saturday at the local college at the end of the road so as runners we were able to take part.
The traditional cooked breakfast was delicious and even the digs got given a sausage. Beautiful croissants and selection of jams, honey, chocolate spread, fruits and cereals. Yummy.
The location was ideal, every where was easy to drive to.
The room was spotless, comfy beds and pillows. great shower, fluffy towels and beautiful toiletries provided.
Even the sun shined while we were there, always a bonus.
Will defiantly recommend and will return.
